Company DescriptionKaaro Organics is proud to be the Pan India Distributor/Supplier for Golden Wax® by AAK, a popular wax brand from Europe and the U.S.A. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager at Kaaro Organics in North Delhi. The Business Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance. The Business Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and implementing marketing strategies, improving operations processes, and managing finances.Primary Role and ResponsibilitySearching and contacting appropriate suppliers/distributors for getting price quotations and updating the client. Direct Handling of critical items/suppliers. Will be responsible for Lead conversion Develop relations with key suppliers, identify new suppliers and consolidate existing suppliers where commercially appropriate. Immediate response to clients for Quotations taken in the best possible and fastest manner. Co-ordination with Order Processing and Logistics Department in order to track the goods from suppliers and fulfillment of clients need within the stipulated time.Receiving calls on trade portals like tradeindia, indiamart etc. and setting up meetings with prospective clients International Supply chain (Export & Import) knowledgeis a MUSTQualificationsStrong leadership and management skillsExperience in sales, marketing, operations, and financeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement effective marketing strategiesFamiliarity with financial planning and analysisBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience in the candle wax industry is a PLUSFluency in Hindi and EnglishFluent in computer operation (Internet, MS-word, MS-excel, Tally Accounting) Location: New DelhiJob Type: Full TimeWork days: 6 days a week ( Monday to Saturday)**If Interested share your resume at [email protected]**
