What role will you play?
Manager Technical Delivery || Gurgaon Process: • Improve the App Support experience. • Oversee all aspects of the App Support experience to troubleshoot processes and procedures and make improvements to customer service quality. • Monitor and review processes for ways to make procedures more time and cost-effective. • Create regular reports to senior management on department milestones and progress. • Hold meetings with department staff to discuss expectations and listen to team concerns. • Manage issues with staff through assessment and subsequent corrective action protocol. • Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information and customer data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure. • Have complete ownership of the output delivered by the team • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback on the approach, quality and throughput of the final output of all work done by the Reportees • Strong capacity to build and work with teams and collaborate across functions and breakdown silos • Strong business results orientation to understand business needs and deliver value and high-quality results • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Responsible for performance management and compliance of processes within the team including appraisals, monthly ratings, discipline, etc • Responsible for resource deployment across all processes for the engagement(Team Size, Span, Shift Utilization, Skill sets, technology)Job tags
