Job description
Ability to identify new business opportunities to contribute to the sales strategy at the branch level.
u Should have a growth mindset.
u Responsible for New Business Development.
u Needs to have a data driven approach to analyse trends and align sales strategies accordingly.
u Taking ownership of assigned targets and ensure achievement by effective funnel review
u Team handling-Managing multiple AMs/RMs whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks to ensure overall branch target achievement
u Be a part of on-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
u Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business
u Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch
u Drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks.
u Managing the daily sales operations at the branch level, oversee collections & ageing and take necessary action, as required Deliver on Sales Targets of online business adhere to the sales policies and procedures, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure smooth execution.
u Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offering

5-10 front-line acquisition sales individual contributors
