Job description
- Collaborate with the campaign manager to plan and develop marketing campaigns.
- Create a Campaign Calendar aligned with themes and regions setting up campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct data segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Execute marketing campaigns suggesting adjustments to optimize campaign data.
- Analyze campaign performance and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to ensure precise campaign implementation.
- Manage data for multiple campaigns and ensure its maintenance.
- Document campaign strategies and compile promotional activities.
- Proficiently craft HTML content for promotions signups and registrations.
- Design visually appealing emails and templates adhering to company brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Utilize LinkedIn effectively for promotional campaigns.
- Employ Mail Merge via Outlook for campaign execution.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Operations team (MOPS) to procure campaign data.
- Provide support to the campaign manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct troubleshooting and quality testing for all campaigns.
- Engage in discussions with vendors to strategize pricing and planning for new tool implementation.
- Update and maintain reports tracking campaign metrics (opens/clicks/bounce/unsubscribe).
- Drive lead generation through effective signups and registrations.
- Ensure strong email deliverability by implementing best practices to avoid spam and junk folders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing an email marketing program
- Handson experience in Email Marketing Tool Bulk Email Tool Sales Intelligence Tool Marketing Automation Platform
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations best practices and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g. GDPR or CASL).
- Proven work experience in growing engaging with and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database
- Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Hands on experience in HTML design & creative templates.
Proven experience managing an email marketing program Hands-on experience in Email Marketing Tool, Bulk Email Tool, Sales Intelligence Tool, Marketing Automation Platform Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL).
