Job Description:

Summary: The Shift Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations
within a beverage company. They are responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining
quality standards, managing a team, and meeting production targets. This position requires a
combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a strong understanding of production
processes within the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Supervisory Role:

•Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during designated shifts.
•Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
•Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular evaluations.

2.Production Oversight:

•Manage production schedules and ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet production
targets.
•Collaborate with the production manager to implement production plans and strategies.
•Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed to minimize
downtime.

3.Inventory Management:

•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure adequate
stock availability.
•Keep accurate records of materials used and products produced during shifts.

4.Team Leadership:

•Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to enhance their skills and
productivity.
•Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Previous experience (2-5 years minimum) in a supervisory or managerial role within the
beverage or food production industry.
•Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control
measures.
•Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficient in maintaining accurate records and using relevant software for production tracking.
•Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance within the industry.
•Flexibility to work different shifts as needed and adapt to changing production demands
