House of Heritage is a platform that showcases Indian art and culture by bringing together unique products made by Indian artisans representing various art forms. The organisation aims to connect consumers with centuries-old Indian art and promote sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle choices.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, creating sales pitches, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for market research, analyzing sales data, and providing feedback to the management team.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research. Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential value to the company.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and maximize efficiency. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Product Knowledge and Presentation: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services. Articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients in a compelling manner. Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase capabilities and address customer queries.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate deal closure. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of growth.

Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Information: This position may require occasional travel.

Salary Rs. 3,60,000 Annually + Commission Based Incentives
