JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an HR, Admin, and Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR and administrative functions while also playing a key role in marketing activities such as cold calling, proposal drafting, and follow-ups. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Human Resources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure timely processing of payroll.
- Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Manage travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and organizing company events.
- Maintain office policies and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, providing timely responses and resolutions.
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for administrative activities.
- Marketing
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Draft proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to showcase company offerings.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR, administration, and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solutions.
