Job description

A combination of 'emotions' and 'variety', COLORS, launched on 21st July 2008, offers an entire spectrum of emotions to its viewers. From fiction shows to format shows to reality shows to blockbuster movies – the basket contains all 'JazbaatKe Rang'. 'COLORS' is dedicated to promoting 'cohesive viewing', through shows such as Udaariyaan, Bekaaboo, Parineetii, Junooniyatt, Agnisakshi… Ek Samjhauta, PyarKe Saat Vachan Dharampatnii, Saavi Ki Savaari, Suhaagan, Naagin, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Bigg Boss, and Khatron Ke Khiladi amongst others.
What will you do
- Strategy, Media, and Creative Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for show launches, encompassing media planning and creative execution. Create and manage effective advertising campaigns to promote new shows, ensuring compelling and innovative content
- Performance Tracking and Sustenance Campaigns: Monitor the performance of the channel and its existing shows across various markets. Plan and execute sustenance campaigns to maintain and grow the audience base
- Creative and Media Briefs: Develop clear and concise briefs to guide the creative and media processes. Collaborate closely with various partners to create groundbreaking, impactful marketing campaigns
- Competition and Trends Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and trends in the content marketing space. Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and remain ahead of the curve
- Partnerships and Marketing Programs: Create, manage, and execute partnerships and marketing programs that elevate brand exposure and saliency. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to expand the brand's presence
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet deadlines and maintain campaign quality
- Performance Measurement and Adjustment: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators. Make timely adjustments to improve campaign outcomes and recommend enhancements to the overall promotion strategy
