   • Verify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
     
   • Maintain confidential records and files.
     

2. Recruitment:
   

   • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting initial phone screenings.
     
   • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
     
   • Post job ads on various platforms and manage responses.
     

3. SemiVoice Process:
   

   • Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed.
     
   • Provide information and assistance to callers.
     
   • Record and update customer information in the database.
