Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Pune. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on the best travel destinations and packages based on their preferences. You will be required to book airfare, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements, as well as provide advice on travel documentation requirements such as visas and passports. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales, reservation, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus
