Job Profile We give you a whitepaper approach to break, reimagine and reinvent technology at a leadership role with an opportunity to manage a portfolio of software solutions Your skills Microsoft Technologies, Micro service architecture and Cloud technologies Key Responsibilities Lead the software architecture and application development of the software solutions by leveraging your knowledge and curiosity of current and future technologies. Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks. Guide the team towards successful project delivery and own end to end project and technology delivery Ensure standardised and watertight processes are created and implemented to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the entire SDLC. Work closely with a Senior Leadership team of Technology and Operations to drive solutions from a business capability, operations, and process standpoint. Developing programs to continually grow the talent within the team. Most importantly has a lot of fun building products, solving problems and being a part of the team Ideal Candidate Bachelor's / Master’s Degree with an experience of 10 to 15 years in Microsoft technologies. Demonstrated expertise with full life cycle of SDLC, system integrations, engagements across strategy, design, and implementation. Strong Technical foundation with the ability to review program deliverables technically and improve efficiencies Good technical experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, React, NextJS, Web API, DevOps and Microsoft SQL Server. Having exposure to cloud technologies will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of SDLC, Architecture and agile methodologies. Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
