Community Development Shield Uganda is seeking skilled volunteer support through Taproot Plus. Taproot Plus is an online platform that connects nonprofits to professionals seeking strong opportunities to volunteer their talent for good. All Taproot Plus projects are vetted and once Community Development Shield Uganda selects a volunteer applicant, Taproot Plus will provide resources and support to help make the project a success.

Grant writing/development - Fundraising Strategy Support

We need a volunteer to provide fundraiser strategy/planning support for our organization. Tasks include:

• Analyzing the fundraising options
• Screening US, Asia, and European markets for fundraising opportunities
• Assessing and describing the fundraising channels
• Describing and evaluating potential partners on their capabilities and interest in supporting our nonprofit

Community Development Shield Uganda has many projects that need funding. These projects will support the most vulnerable in northern Uganda. Any funds we bring in will go toward improving our service delivery, and this will enhance the quality of life for all.

We have active running projects and an online platform fundraising website. We have a five-year strategic plan that will guide this proposed project. We already have a few proposals developed that need to be submitted to potential partners.

This project can be done remotely.
