Job Description SME VTR: Functional Safety Specialist (System & SW) in Mysore Location: Mysore Analysis of ASIL requirements for its correctness and testability of ADAS system Participate in reviews of ASIL requirements Understand FMEA at system and SW level for creation of test concept Development of Test Concept for FuSa requirements that would include identification of test environment. Review Test specification as per the verification criteria Support in Test infra setup Debug issues when found on bench or nightly builds to root cause and fix the issue. Communicate the review feedback data to FS manager as per the analysis. Skills 12+ years’ experience in system testing involving ASIL requirements. Experience in development of test concept or test strategy Very good system level understanding and should have done requirement analysis at safety levels. Very strong in system and embedded SW testing – both black box and white box testing Should have experience working in multi core, multi SoC testing. Preferable to have FS certified engineer. Very strong in communication and planning Should be quick enough to get this closed with proper connect/escalation internally and externally. Meticulous in deriving KPIs and measuring to have complete control on the activities. Very good people manager to get work done on time. Involve in reviews with teams and resolve any technical challenges. Experience in CAN simulation tool, Automotive Ethernet, python scripting, ECUTest Tool, voltage simulation tools
