Role And Responsibilities - Designation: AVP & above
- Acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients with a focus on generating broking revenue through Equity/Commodity/Currency market segments.
- Recruit, train, and retain team members - HNI Relationship Managers and HNI Advisors for the HNI desk.
- Manage new and existing HNI client relationships, with a focus on revenue generation through Equity/Commodity/Currency market segments (online and offline).
- Analyze and monitor client portfolios, providing advisory services to secure high ROI.
- Execute cross-sell efforts on promoted products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Structured products, and others.
- Promote the organization's research and advisory suggestions to clients.
- Submit periodic MIS reports as per business requirements.
Candidate Qualifications - Post Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in banking and broking, managing bank AUM for HNI Clients.
- Ability to build and manage own team.
Required Skills - Good knowledge of the capital market.
- Portfolio management.

- Lead from the front with a play captain approach.
- Customer satisfaction.
Reporting Relationship - This position reports to the Regional Director.
