Role And Responsibilities

  • Designation: AVP & above
  • Acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients with a focus on generating broking revenue through Equity/Commodity/Currency market segments.
  • Recruit, train, and retain team members - HNI Relationship Managers and HNI Advisors for the HNI desk.
  • Manage new and existing HNI client relationships, with a focus on revenue generation through Equity/Commodity/Currency market segments (online and offline).
  • Analyze and monitor client portfolios, providing advisory services to secure high ROI.
  • Execute cross-sell efforts on promoted products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Structured products, and others.
  • Promote the organization's research and advisory suggestions to clients.
  • Submit periodic MIS reports as per business requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in banking and broking, managing bank AUM for HNI Clients.
  • Ability to build and manage own team.

  • Lead from the front with a play captain approach.
  • Customer satisfaction.

Reporting Relationship

  • This position reports to the Regional Director.
