Job description
Job Purpose: As an operational risk manager, your job is to analyse business's day-to-day operations and identify risks that may arise from process worksteps, internal challenges, mismanagement, and breakdowns. You assess risks across various business processes of the company and evaluate the consequences of their occurrence.
Location : Mumbai Travel Requirement: 30-45 days a year (Domestic & International) Duties and Responsibilities: Execution of operational risk management framework for business processes Execute risk assessments, which involves identifying and analyzing operational risks in the business process; Recommend robust and feasible controls to mitigate the identified risks Define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the identified operational risks in collaboration with various stakeholders / process owners Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the business units Academic Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) Professional Qualification: 3-4 years of risk management experience post qualification Independent, analytical and positive mind, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with people at different levels A detailed knowledge of the general tools and techniques of risk management Good presentation and report writing skills Other Skill Sets required: Persistence and eye for detailsJob tags
