Job description
Key profile:
• Construction management - civil and services
• Project Scheduling and Analysis
• Contract Administration
• Cost Monitoring, Project planning & execution
• Co-ordination with different consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Responsible for overall execution of work on site
Role & responsibilities-
• Managing all construction activities on site including infrastructure, services and utilities.
• Searching, shortlisting and finalizing Architects, contractors, other consultants and vendors to get designs and drawings made as per requirements.
• Building in in-house team for execution of civil and maintenance work for the project.
• Managing work of internal team to make sure timely and good quality construction to meet the specified budgets and timeframes.
• Shortlisting contractors and finalizing them for execution of civil work as per drawings.
• Overseeing the work of external contractors and making sure the civil work, finishing, and all assigned work is executed up to best quality and within budget.
• Maintaining all site documents related to drawings and costing in coordination with different consultants and contractors including designs, drawings, BOQ, contractor agreements etc.
• Should be proficient in using all civil work related software's including auto-cad, illustrator, etc.
• Effective coordination between civil /services work which results out in timely delivery of the project.
• Assessment and implementation of cost efficiency concerning material and labour
• Recruitment of labour and contractors
• Knowledge, application and procurement of permissions relevant to the civil work to be executed
Compulsory Pre-Requisite:
• Preferred to have worked in Resorts, Hotels Luxury Township Projects.
• Good Project Management capability, superior problem solving, teamwork & leadership ability.
• Should have worked in and solely handled at least one independent township project
• B.Tech in civil engineering.
Key Skills Problem solver, project management skill, client management, vendor or contractor management, good communication, organizational skills
Education B.Tech /B.E in Civil
Experience 7Yrs to 10yrs (preferred experience in low-rise residential township projects, hospitality projects)
