Job Title: Performance Marketer & SEO Executive
- We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer & SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, coupled with proficiency in leveraging various digital marketing channels to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, visibility, and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- Content Optimization:
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for improved search visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structure.
- Performance Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, display advertising, and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
- Continuously test and iterate ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing page experiences to improve campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance, campaign effectiveness, and key KPIs to stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Technical SEO:
- Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements, such as site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO strategy development, implementation, and optimization.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as UbberSuggest, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads are a plus.
