Job description
Conduct keyword research, specifically targeting local search terms, to identify opportunities for local SEO optimization. Perform on-page optimization for local search, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content with local keywords and location-specific information. Implement local schema markup and ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across online directories and listings. Conduct local SEO audits to identify and address website issues affecting local search visibility, such as duplicate content or incorrect location information. Monitor and analyze local search performance using SEO tools, such as Google My Business, Google Analytics, and local citation tracking tools. Develop and implement local link building strategies to improve local search rankings and increase local authority. Stay up-to-date with the latest local SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices. Collaborate with content creators to develop locally targeted and SEO-friendly content. Track and report on key local SEO metrics, such as local search rankings, local traffic, and local conversions. dentify opportunities for website and local listing optimization and present actionable recommendations to management. Requirements:
Solid understanding of SEO principles, local search optimization, and best practices. Proficiency in local SEO tools, such as Google My Business, local citation tools, and keyword research tools.
