We have a fantastic opportunity to be a manager with the culinary team at All-day dining restaurant at The Imperial, New Delhi. We are looking for a passionate, innovative and creative

Sous

Chef

with exceptional knowledge and skills in managing Indian, Asian and continental cuisines

Roles & Responsibilities : Managing the team of chefs and supervising of daily work assignments. Act as a coach, mentor and train kitchen team members on modern culinary techniques Present new innovative and creative menu items for regular menu updating and food trials. Creation of standard operating photographs, recipes and descriptions for all the kitchen and service teams. Establish proper portion sizes and cost controls Hands on kitchen manager as needed, taste products that are produced to ensure quality and consistency.

Desired Candidate profile: In-depth knowledge of all day dinning culinary operations. Individuals who wish to join a High Performance team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work independently in dynamic circumstances. Excellent time management skills.
