Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Co-founder with a focus on marketing and business development. The Co-founder will be responsible for the company's strategy, growth, and focus on expanding our services to geographically diverse markets. They will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, research and brand building initiatives while managing and directing the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze market trends, KPIs, customer data, and industry information to drive business decisions.
• Communication: strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to motivate and manage team members, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Sales and Marketing: proven experience in driving sales and marketing strategies, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and nurturing engagement and retention.
• Research: ability to track market trends and use data to inform and optimize business decisions.
• Experience in a startup environment, scaling up, raising investment rounds, and partnering
• A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the education industry.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a tier-1 Business School.
