Job description
Manufacturing Specialist role:
• Ensure No Safety incidents and accidents in Shop floor.
• Responsible for Daily production activities as per the Production Plan
• Very dynamic production Planning required to meet the Daily Plan.
• Ensure the daily production targets are achieved with desired Quality.
• Ensure the Manpower deployment on lines and deliver the Output as per the requirement.
• Understanding of Standard Work concept, Lean methodology and following Single Piece flow Methodology.
• Responsible for OEE and improve Line Efficiency.
• Efficient knowledge in Line balancing and masking Operators to utilize the Manpower.
• Training of all the Production Operators regarding Safety, Quality and Productivity.
• Drive the Productivity Projects and create a funnel to save the Manpower on lines.
• Ensuring the Rejections % as well as Productivity as achieved as per the Target.
• Collaboration with CFT members to close the chronic issues on shop floor.
• Effective Utilization of resources.
• Knowledge of Problem-solving tools, TQM and Knowledge of 7QC tools.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.
