Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

3. Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
