INDEC is organized into three departments: INDEC Application Development, INDEC Infrastructure Management, and INDEC Cyber Security Management. INDEC Applications specializes in software application development and maintenance services across SAP, Java, PHP, .Net, CRM, Mobility, Digital, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Automation. INDEC Infra specializes in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure assets of the group deployed globally across 70 countries. Meanwhile, INDEC Cybersecurity provides 24/7 security monitoring services.
Role Description
Ensure good and quality communication to SG GDI CTO Infra management and to Business (across Europe region) , status of changes, incidents and problems critical or visible in progressEnsure continuous improvement of contracted services in coordination and collaboration with multiple teamsFollow performance action plans (change, incident, following a Go Live, roll out,..)Helping to take into account upstream the operability needs and constraints/ challenging the provider.Ensure the application of the security policy by the outsourcerFocused on governance, contract follow-up & engagement.Reporting & Analytics, Communication and Customer satisfaction follow-up.Support the Project Manager and BRMs in requests development and the organization of the transition to productionWork with Project Managers and Architects to understand the functional need for business projects and anticipate infrastructure impactsCooperate with Project Managers in important phases of projects in accordance with the SG Cloud Factory process to ensure a successful switch to production modeBudget and invoicingSecurity assessments of network infrastructure, databases, and applications to identify vulnerabilities and recommend Security controlsCollaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Datacenter policies.
Qualifications
Any IT Graduate with below mandatory skills.
Experience: 5-7 Years
mandatory skills: Technologies: Vmware, Wintel, ESXi, Redhat Linux, NFS, vfilers, NAS, Shared infrastructure, ITIL
