Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Team Leader located in Pune. The Leasing Team Leader will manage and lead a team responsible for leasing commercial and residential properties. The Leasing Team Leader will also be responsible for achieving leasing targets, developing leasing strategies, and negotiating lease agreements with prospective tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing commercial - Office , retail and shops.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and managing a team of leasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop leasing strategies and identify potential tenants
• Experience in market analysis and tenant retention programs
• Strong network with Channel partners, brands owners, BD Team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Real Estate Management Software
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
