Qualification : MBA(HR)/BBA(HR)
Experience : Min. 2+yrs experience in recruitment, admin activities.
Salary : 15K to 20K/ Depend on interview
Location : Wanowari, Pune (Maharashtra)
Preferred Manufacturing industry experienced in recruitment (NON IT)
JD:
- Understanding the hiring requirementsÂ
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks, job portals.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers ,
- should have work experience in various Job portals like Naukri, FoundIt, Shine etc.
- should have work experience in Job posting, mass mailing.
- good knowledge & experience in candidate search individually.
- Good knowledge & experience in End To -End recruitment process.
