Job description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Collect and analyze market customer information, gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses, transfer tasks to the corresponding departments of the company, and track, verify and evaluate the tasks. 2. Customer demand review (contract quality standards, special needs, etc.) 3. Deliver customer complaint information and clarify customer requirements in accordance with the requirements of the customer complaint handling process, organize relevant departments to communicate and coordinate the handling of customer, in-transit, and inventory risk goods, organize the formulation of delivery plans that meet customer requirements, and lead the corresponding level of customer complaints in the customer process Quickly close cases on the client, including not limited to the output of 8D reports, handling of abnormal products, verification of compliance with subsequent improvement products, etc. 4. Lead the collection and analysis of customer usage cost data for corresponding customers, and organize relevant departments to improve 5. Lead the establishment and maintenance of key customer relationships in corresponding customer quality, manufacturing, PMC and other departments 6. Track changed samples and verify feedback on the client 7. Lead the factory inspection docking with corresponding customers

Requirements: (mainly for the Indian market, sometimes for Turkish market) 1. Work experience: At least 2 years of work experience in solar industry; 2. Language requirements: Fluent in English and good communication skills 3. Professional skills: Understand the component process and have the ability to adjust the welding machine. 4. Others: local employees in India, not of low caste, able to accept business trips, and have a passport
