Job description
Passionate about safety and understanding of chemical processes and hazards.
Develop and update safety procedures and standards.
Promote safety culture across the organization.
Monitor workplace health and safety.
Design, develop, and execute safety programs.
Conduct training for employees.
Perform safety audits and coordinate with external consultants.
Familiarity with the Factories Act and statutory compliance.
Proficient in accident/incident investigation and risk assessment.
Knowledge of ISO systems and Process Safety Management.
Prepare safety reports and statistics.
Coordinate with government agencies for mock drills and statutory compliance.
