About K-12 Techno Services:

K-12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading education management services company that currently operates and manages 82+ schools across various cities under the brand name 'Orchids The international Schools'. In addition to this we have multiple brands under our umbrella.

We provide our end-to end services through service contracts with trusts that own the schools – in that sense, we effectively manage and operate the entire school. We are pioneers in bringing professional management to K12 education in India.

Our goal is expansion through standardization of quality – in this context, we help re-brand the school and take over its entire operations, marketing and communications. Standardization of academic delivery is ensured through our Central Academics Team, which conducts its own research into leading education practices and designs our own curriculum, textbooks and lesson plans with micro details.

Job purpose

The Creative Director is a strategic and visionary leader responsible for driving the creative direction of our organization. This role involves overseeing the entire creative process, from concept development to execution, and ensuring that all creative deliverables align with the brand, marketing objectives, and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring innovative thinking and pushing creative boundaries.
• Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with the organization's brand and marketing strategy.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Project Oversight:

• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring the highest quality of creative output.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all creative assets and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to integrate creative elements into overall campaigns

Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their creative needs, present concepts, and address feedback.
• Act as a liaison between the creative team and clients to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies.
• Integrate relevant trends into creative strategies to keep the organization at the forefront of creative excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, branding, and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
