Pixie Play is a play school, located in heart of Velachery, Chennai, dedicated to children. Our facility is spotlessly clean and organised, and we believe in the importance of play as a valuable learning tool. We provide a safe, imaginative, challenging, and fun environment for children under 7 years old or less than 130cm in height to learn and play.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Play School Administrator to complement our all-women teaching team and staffs, creating a comfortable and relatable environment for our young children.

You will be the heartbeat of our school, ensuring that our little ones are warmly received, safely sent off, and that their time with us is full of learning and joy. This role is the perfect blend of management and direct child interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff

Management: Guide and mentor a team of creative educators, manage schedules, and facilitate ongoing professional development. Child -Friendly Environment: Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure a welcoming, secure, and engaging environment for children. Paren tal Communication: Act as the primary liaison for parents, offering reassurance and updates on their child's experiences and progress. Opera tional Management: Maintain exemplary administrative practices for the seamless operation of the school.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in administrative assistance, organising events, and coordinating with staff and parents. Ability to manage lesson planning, curriculum design, and implementation. Working knowledge of early childhood education and development. Experience in educational leadership and team management. Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field preferred. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure the best learning environment.
