About Job
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centered products that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
- Design Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Concept Development: Create conceptual designs, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- User Experience Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touch points.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines while maintaining a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results. Continuously optimize and refine the product experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
- Design Documentation: Produce detailed design specifications, design guidelines, and style guides to facilitate efficient development and maintenance of the product.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the design team.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a technology or digital product company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Figjam etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Some past experience and awareness of user research techniques, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user interface design.
- Familiarity with programmatic job advertising, Ad-Tech, HR-Tech is a plus.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
10. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
