Job description
Responsibilities:
· Excellent Coordinators:
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Efficiently manage and organize sales-related tasks, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and Preschools to enhance overall operational efficiency.
· Sales Acumen:
- Utilize brand knowledge to effectively showcase the unique value proposition to potential clients.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle.
· Communication:
- Communicate features and benefits clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with the team and other departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to tailor communication to various audiences.
· Persuasion Skills:
- Tailor communication to address the specific needs and concerns of each parent.
- Continuously refine and enhance persuasion strategies based on feedback, data analysis and market trends.
· Negotiation & Closures:
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
