Job description
Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience.
Experience in Autodesk Revit for both Architecture and Interior Design is a must.
Creative in 3d Visualization for both Architecture and Interior Design.
Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
Provide design support and documentation during the completion and execution of design concepts.
Work with external consultants, electrical and mechanical, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
Engage in marketing and business development efforts.
Integrate new technology and tools on projects (AI, AR, VR, computational design, etc.)
