Key Responsibilities: B2B Lead Generation:Develop and implement effective B2B lead generation strategies to acquire new business opportunities.Utilize various channels and tactics to identify and engage potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.Implementing automation wherever possible. Email Marketing:Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.Craft compelling and engaging email content that aligns with the company's messaging and resonates with the target audience.Possess experience in choosing the right email marketing platforms or building them from scratch, including testing and warming domains. Outbound Marketing:Design and execute outbound marketing initiatives to reach key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target industries.Develop personalized outreach strategies to establish meaningful connections with potential clients. Email Automation:Implement and manage email automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve overall efficiency.Possess expertise in selecting and optimizing email marketing platforms, including hands-on experience in building them from scratch.Conduct domain testing and warming strategies to enhance email deliverability and campaign success.Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize email campaigns and automation sequences. Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless lead handoff process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business objectives. Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B lead generation, email marketing, outbound marketing, and email automation.Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Experience in selecting, implementing, or building email marketing platforms from scratch.Knowledge of domain testing and warming strategies to improve email deliverability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targets. Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with a focus on lead generation, email marketing, and automation.
