Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Finding the best talent and recruiting them to fill all required positions with quality manpower.
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, Handling End to end Recruitment
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment
Develop HR strategic plan with mid and long term objectives
Payroll Processing.
Responsible for joining formalities, On-boarding, and Induction process.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Responsible for HR programs and services, (Reward and Recognition, Learning and Development, Employee Health, Well-being and Safety, Leave Management, Engagement activities etc.)
Handling the employee concerns & grievances and disciplinary processes
Attrition Management, attract and retain the best staff
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for the group of Institutions
Co-ordinate with L&D team for conduction of training.
Maintaining HR database.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven working experience as Human Resources in reputed organization.

People oriented and results driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Past Head Hunting experience to find the best available talent and recurring them to fill the required positions.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
