Job description

Job Accountabilities

Achieve set targets / business plan

o Monitor Channel operations for regions/zones and ensure compliance with company

policy & government regulation

Motivate and maintain healthy Channel Management relationship facilitate issue resolution escalation to management wherever required.

To continuously gather market insights on s competitive position in the market i.e. Network

strategy pricing promotions.

o Manage expansion/rationalization of the retail network as per Companys guidelines.

o Provide inputs on market operating policies to Management to orient pricing policy in sync with market & policy

Ensure efficient & effective handling of channel issues customer redressal & keep channel partners motivated and compliant as per our corporate guidelines/SOPs.

o Ensure effective communication & periodic visits to our Channel Partners & customers to understand & appreciate their concerns & drive resolutions

Local boundary Management

o Maintain cordial relations with right people at the local establishment level

o Make timely interventions ensuring that no adverse legal actions are initiated against the company by any statutory authorities.

People Development and L&D

o Share the best practices amongst team members to enhance their motivation and competitiveness

o Review training needs in the field on a continuous basis and conduct training programs to ensure that they meet the required competency levels

Budget compliance

o Continuously monitor and optimize operating budgets & take actions to keep at planned level.

Safety & Environment

o To ensure that all locations & jobs carried out are safety compliant without any exception as per Companys policy.
