Job description

Summary: As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful Delivery of solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing Delivery requirements and supporting the implementation and execution of learning programs and initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with managers, senior managers, and project team members to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. • Execute specific tasks assigned by managers and senior managers within project scope, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. • Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support project deliverables and recommendations. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. • Support project managers and senior managers in coordinating project activities, including meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications. • Contribute to project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills: • Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field. • Experience of 5-8 years in consulting project management and delivery across industries, or related field preferred • Preferred institutes – for example, XLRI, IMs, XIMB • Must To Have Skills: Human Centric Talent and HR Process Design • Good To Have Skills: Cornerstone Talent Management Suite, SABA Talent Management Solutions, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management

Additional Information: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze Delivery requirements and identify solutions. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and quality of Delivery activities for Talent management solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and participants. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other Delivery platforms for Talent management solutions. • Experience with virtual Delivery tools and technologies is a plus. • Self-learning capabilities. • Good team player.
