Job description
Designation : Senior Design Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai
Qualification: BE or Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 6 to 8 years
Job Roles and Requirements:
· Should have sound knowledge of design of furnaces (preferably Vacuum furnaces) / Machine tools, making design from concept. Generating BOM.
· Expert in solid works, must be able to make the general assembly in the 3D and share with team and get production deliverables. Should have working knowledge of office software like MS-office, mails, VC, etc.
· Preparing the estimation BOM and help sales to prepare the competitive offer.
· Knowledge of standard engineering components, drive elements, structural sections available in Indian market and strength of materials etc.
· ASME Sec. VIII design calculations (manual / PV-Elite), Total Power requirement calculations, heater sizing calculations, etc.
· Should have very good experience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other software.
· Should be to lead team of junior / assistance to meet the teams output requirements as committed.
· Must be quick learner and implementing the acquired information.
