Job description

Decathlon Sports India is in search of a Corporate Sales Specialist.

Location - Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai (Hiring across all locations)

Qualification Required:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, Institutional Sales, Corporate Gifting, and Key account management. - Individual contributor with robust entrepreneurial skills. - Previous B2B experience (2 to 5 years) in retail, preferably in Sports Products/Apparels - Demonstrated expertise in planning, driving output, and measuring - performance (business and people).

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide peers and stakeholders. - Decisiveness and quick prioritization skills. - Proficiency in leading PAN India business operations. - Negotiation expertise for closing deals with corporate clients in different industries like Cement, Construction, Pharma, Paints, Banking etc.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the acquisition of business customers and foster long-term relationships with Key accounts. - Develop and nurture relationships with major Corporate and Corporate gifting partners. - Lead negotiations for finalizing terms and pricing for RFPs and other Key Account Deals. - Oversee the execution of won deals, collaborating with co-workers to manage the process. - Build and manage the leads pipeline, measure success rates, and identify areas for improvement. - Actively contribute to the selling plan/output as a member of the selling team. - Lead after-sales care for Key account deals.
