Job description
This position involves managing the marketing content across diverse channels including the content on company website. The individual will be responsible for coordinating content creation through effective collaboration with the team, repurposing the content across the marketing channels, and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines. This position will report into the Marketing Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
A. Company Website:
· Regularly refresh and replace website content including news, events, featured content, upcoming releases, and changes in subject matter experts (SME) or leadership, following a specified schedule or cadence.
· Coordinate with the vendor to implement the changes on website.
· Collaborate with the Digital and Content Marketing teams, as well as SMEs, to identify and update additional website content as required.
B. Social media:
· Manage the social media calendar, ensuring a well-balanced mix of marketing content, including thought leadership, branded materials, events, and employee engagement posts.
· Collaborates with the marketing team and SMEs to facilitate the creation of social media posts and ensures their timely publication as per the planned schedule.
· Generate monthly reports on social media metrics.
· Monitor social media chatter (industry, competition, key opinion leaders), and deliver weekly summaries.
C. SharePoint (intranet):
· Manage SharePoint Employee Portal (intranet) including promotional tiles, featured images, update links, etc.
Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, People & Culture, Marketing, and IT teams to comprehend their specific communication requirements for employees. Subsequently, update and modify the site in accordance with these needs.
