About Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Intune Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background and be adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team and across various functional groups. Responsibilities: Hands-on experience with enrolling Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices. Proficient in setting up Autopilot programs. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end configurations and policies. Expertise in software distribution/deployments/upgrades (MSI, Win 32, Winget, PSADT), Patch Management, Windows as a Service, and Driver Management processes. Experience in compliance and conditional access policies. Expertise in managing Co-managed devices. Familiarity with Endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, firewall configurations, and URL/domain whitelisting. Troubleshoot patch issues and possess extensive experience in the design and installation of imaging. Contribute to new builds/migration and upgrades. Design and implement device security policies. Monitor and analyze device health, performance, and security, taking appropriate actions to address issues. Experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management, onboarding, configuring, and transitioning to the cloud. Setup and manage Intune connector for various scenarios, including Hybrid Azure AD, co-management with SCCM, and Intune standalone. Exposure to Integration and Network security. Understanding of VPN, LAN, WAN, and voice network environments. Familiarity with routing protocols, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wireless technologies. Extensive hands-on support experience with Windows 10 and 11 devices. Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory is a plus. Look for innovation and automation opportunities in existing procedures. Develop automated solutions where applicable. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Strong skills in PowerShell and scripting. Hands-on experience with Intune MDM and MAM concepts. Knowledge of mobile functionalities and hardware. Understanding of the workflow behind MDM and MAM policies. Working experience on iOS and Android enrollment methods. Troubleshooting skills on installation/enrollment failures. Good knowledge of managing BYOD, COD, and Kiosk devices and their restrictions. Knowledge of device and user-based certificates. Understanding of certificates/tokens and their renewals for managing devices. Candidates with relevant certifications would be considered an add-on.
