Job Description Responsibilities
- Finding out the placement requirements from the market/industr
- Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements
- Participating in Admission Selection interviews
- Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules
- Taking Personal Counselling's to students
- Documentation works
- Accompanying students while participating in interviews
- Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students)
Essential Skills: - Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu)
- Good Team player
- Ability to handle and place the students
- Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry
- Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on a regular basis
Education Qualification Graduate or Post Graduate
MBA (HR) is preferred
Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience as a Placements officer into IT Industry
