Manage fulfilment for 150+ large business with a scale of at-least 5000 workers Sourcing, onboarding & fulfilment that drive day-to-day worker behaviour. Identify different sources to generate leads. Building scalable supply planning & fulfilment flows to bring efficiency. Driving Supply-side financial health metrics for few micro-markets. What will enable you to do it? Self-motivated, Dynamic & proven experience in supply operations. 2-3 years of experience in Logistic Operations with heavy ground sourcing experience Should be able to work with multiple teams.
