We are looking to recruit 3 high-performing Performance Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn First) to join our Performance Marketing Team. The position is open in both Delhi-NCR, India.

You have worked in an agency before. You love winning. Our job is literally to take people's business to 'the next level.' If that floats your boat, then come and take a ride on ours.

Basically, If our client partners are making 10-20K/mo, you'll be helping them get to 40-50K/mo. If they are at 50K/mo, you'll help them get to 100K/mo, etc.

???? THEREFORE, YOU WILL:

• Manage paid acquisition channels like LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Facebook Ads .
• Be responsible for the ROI of dozens of campaigns you execute.
• Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and, ROAS
• Understand your target audience and customer behaviors. You create strategies and campaigns, understanding the entire user journey from account creation until purchase.
• Analyze creative data and make recommendations to the creative designers
• Managing client's advertising budget and driving success

???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE PARTY:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads , Twitters Ads & Instagram Ads
• 2-5 years experience directly managing paid media strategies that drive results.
• Ability to develop creative ads that are engaging and drive action.
• Ability to create a test-and-learn agenda to optimize campaigns.
• Ability to pull data, analyze results, and communicate reports.
• Certification(s) in Digital Advertising (i.e. DigitalMarketer, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.).
• Experience building campaigns/funnels within a CRM
• Understanding of ad platforms algorithms
• Experience with programmatic media (DSP)
