Designation: Process Executive

Job Location: Gurgaon

Training Duration: 27 Days

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the end user's Ads accounts.

Support End users on issues related to their accounts on Google Ads Billing, Policy, and other operational issues through all channels Chat (Highest %), Email & Phone.

Stay updated with Ads trends.

Provide new strategies to the end user for hassle-free Ads promotions.

Interview Details:

Mode: Virtual(From client)

Level 1:Telephonic Interview

Level 2: Aptitude Test

Level 3: HR Discussion

Eligibility Criteria:

2020, 2021 & 2022, 2023 batch of any degree.

Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG.

Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond year experience candidates.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgement and industry knowledge

Selection Process:

 

Step 1:Eligibility as per MNCs specification

Step 2:Virtual Test by Client

Step 3:Training @Mazenet with LOI

Step 4:Final Interview by MNC

Step 5: Offer Letter and On-Boarding
