Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, architecture, interior fit-out, and interior architecture. The Interior Architect will be developing design concepts, selecting materials and finishes, producing drawings and specifications, coordinating with other disciplines, overseeing installations, and managing projects from conception to completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in space planning, interior design, and architecture
- Expertise in interior fit-out and interior architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software
- Strong design, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in hospitality or residential design is a plus
- Explaining the design concept to customers.
- Assisting seniors in design drafting
- Ensuring that projects are done as per the given design and specs at the site
- Briefing To Concerned Stake Holders
- Delivering attractive design concepts on time
- Doing site measurements
- Making sites as-builts and 3D
