Job description
Candidate should meet the following criteria:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative Degree or related field.
- A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
- Twelve (12) years of overall experience and seven (7) years with systems development experience which includes programming.
Experience in Full Stack/ BE/ Large scale java based distributed systems.
Should have experience with Enterprise level platform Designs.
Should be able to manage 2 scrum Teams up to 15 People.
Strong experience in Agile & ability to build smart designs.
Communicate and collaborate with other managers.
Scaling up applications and interacting with other system applications
Solid Communication Skills, Leadership and Project Management skills
Role is techno functional with 50% Technical & 50% people management involvement.
No certifications required but PMP is Preferred.
