Explore more about us at: Job Description for Technical Writer: · 6-10 years of experience in technical writing. · Experience in writing for technical audiences such as Software Developers, Implementation, and Support personnel. · Familiarity with database servers, application servers, and code syntax of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. · Must be able to elicit requirements for a technical framework product, and participate in product demos and presales activities. · Expertise in creating user guides, technical reference documents, API documentation, developer guides, installation and configuration guides, server setup guides, etc. · Experience in creating training and how-to videos. · Experience in presentation design and graphic design. · High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (in particular Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) · Instructional design experience is desired, but not mandatory. · Aptitude and attitude to learn technical aspects quickly. · Must be able to work closely with software engineers, architects, and support personnel to gather information. · Willingness to provide product demonstrations and trainings to internal and external audience. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to work on tight schedules. · Excellent written and verbal communication. · Open to learning new skills and tools. · Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team. · Creative thinking, flexibility to adapt to new situations.
