Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty - Fashion Designing located in Bengaluru. The Faculty - Fashion Designing will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in various aspects of fashion design, including but not limited to embroidery, fashion design, fitting, textiles, and fashion. Help design and fine-tune the curriculum and course modules Prepare lesson plans and following it with discipline Prepare assignments and projects and monitor performance of students strictly Handle all classroom, and studio sessions Organise workshops, seminars, guest lectures and events Take students on site visits and important events happening in the industry. Qualifications Strong knowledge and skills in embroidery, fashion design, fitting, textiles, and fashion Relevant industry experience and knowledge of current trends in fashion design Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to teach and mentor students Patience, creativity, and a passion for fashion designJob tags
