Job Description

The Digital Solution Consultant (SC) provides technical expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements. The Digital SC participates in the acquisition and retention of customers by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques to communicate the power, flexibility, and ease-of-use of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This Job has a focus on CIWF and will be engaged in Enterprise customer situations with the intent to grow in that role.

Focus will be on EMEA-Central Manufacturing.

Besides technical ownership of Customer queries, strategic planning and alignment on the enterprise accounts will be crucial part of that role.
