Job description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Keen interest in working for a digital marketing agency and have know-how in digital marketing services like website design, performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO etc.Â
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers in your target industry.
- Prospect new leads by research, meetings, networking, industry events and client referrals.
- Strengthen and maintain existing client relationships through regular meetings and provide ongoing support as needed
- Foster client loyalty, retention and referrals
- Meet sales objectives and targets within assigned industry
- Develop sales plans that identify opportunities and challenges from which strategies are then established
- Be client-focused, providing support, guidance and problem resolution when needed
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the competitive market and align sales strategies accordingly
- Effectively plan and manage time to maximize key sales opportunities
- Coordinate and conduct client presentation on company services and reply to RFPs
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to maximize sales targets
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3+ years' of sales or account management experience preferably in an agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solutions-focused relationship manager adept at handling multiple projects
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently and within a team
